Healing Transformation Package

We work with traditional hatha yoga, Yin Yoga, restorative yoga, pranayama (breathing), relaxation, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra (the yoga of sleep), hypnotherapy and meditation, depending on your needs and wishes. Our healing transformation package provides a path to create the life you want and offers the possibility of true transformation from suffering to your best possible life.
The Healing Transformation Package includes:
A longer first session to discuss your situation and needs, and how we can best help you to get to where you want to be in terms of your health. We also discuss the various options, including different styles, hypnotherapy, and the best mix for you. If you are also working with other health professionals, we are happy to have their input and to speak to them, if you wish (and with your permission).
Five further sessions of about one hour each. We recommend that these sessions be weekly or fortnightly.
Follow up sessions 1, 3, and 6 months, later to check that you are still on track and to help you with any issues that may have arisen. Our goal is to help you become self sufficient on your healing path, so that you can continue to heal yourself while between sessions.
Email contact availability for any questions or issues that arise between sessions. Sessions can be undertaken through Zoom.
In total, the transformation package includes up to nine sessions of yoga and/or hypnotherapy, as well as email follow up between sessions.

- People who have never done yoga before and who may be overweight, out of condition, and middle aged or older.
- People with specialised needs including: cardiac rehabilitation, cancer rehabilitation, depression, anxiety, addiction/substance abuse recovery, PTSD/trauma, stress issues etc.
