In these sessions Shanti will take you through ancient yogic techniques that can promote restful sleep, peace, relaxation and happiness. Sessions can be booked at your place (by arrangement), our yoga studio, or via Skype or similar. Sessions are 1-to-1 or in small groups. Insomnia Yoga can be a one off, or as a series of sessions.
