Yoga personalised for your needs and available in the comfort and privacy of your own home. In this package Shanti will gently guide you through your very own yoga classes, designed with your needs in mind. She will work with you, and your needs, to provide live online Zoom classes that will help to achieve your objectives, whether this relates to asanas (physical yoga), Pranayama (breathing) yoga, meditation, or relaxation.
