We are currently offering 1-to-1 hypnotherapy, and 1-to-1 stress relief breathing and relaxation yoga classes. Sessions are available afternoons and early evenings Monday-Thursday, with a limited number of spots in the weekends. Our dedicated yoga space is being remodelled and once that is complete we will be able to host groups again. Please email Shanti to discuss, or to book.
