How to Start
People with serious health issues, or who are in recovery, or who have never been to a yoga class, sometimes find it hard to take the step to book into a group class. If this is you, one option is to book a free initial meeting, or to consider 1-to-1 classes, until you feel comfortable to be in a small yoga group session.
