We are passionate about helping people through yoga and hypnotherapy
Wabi Sabi Wellness started as a family of Auckland based registered yoga teachers, who believed that yoga could benefit every body. Our youngest member (at one stage she was one of the youngest registered yoga teachers in the world) recently "retired" from yoga teaching in order to focus on other studies.
Shanti works to bring healing and wellness to individuals and small groups, through the use of hypnotherapy, asana (physical) yoga, meditation, mindfulness, breathing (pranayama), and helping clients to apply yoga philosophy for a better life. Shanti holds several hypnotherapy qualifications:
In addition to undertaking comprehensive studies and practical teaching experience, in order to become certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-500), Shanti has undertaken the following further advanced studies in yoga:
Madhuri specialises in restorative and relaxation yoga for individuals and small groups. She also offers pranyama (breathing), Yoga Nidra and meditation.
In addition to undertaking comprehensive studies and practical teaching experience, in order to become certified by Yoga Alliance (RYT-200), Madhuri has undertaken the following further advanced studies in yoga:

- Hypnotherapy clinic. Hypnosis can be used to achieve a state of deep relaxation so that positive changes can be made in your life. Regression hypnosis can be used to uncover and cure the root cause of problems. Shanti is a Master Hypnotherapist who practices in relaxation and regression based hypnotherapy.
