Welcome to Wabi Sabi Wellness. We are registered yoga teachers based in Auckland, New Zealand. We offer:
  • Yoga (complete beginner to intermediate), relaxation, meditation, breathing, and sleep classes on a 1-to-1 basis. We work with your particular needs. If you have pain, cancer, cardiac issues, anxiety, depression, are overweight, older, or have never done yoga before, we are the yoga studio for you as we tailor the class to your needs and wishes. 
  • Hypnotherapy for weight issues (including the virtual gastric band technique), stress management, stopping smoking, addictions, self confidence, pain management, and anxiety etc. We are qualified to work in the areas of both relaxation and regression based hypnotherapy.
  • The Healing Transformation Package. If you are sick and tired of suffering we will work with you to provide a path for you to transform your life.
  • Free initial live online/telephone 20 minute consultation (for any of our services), without obligation on either side. The free consultation gives you an opportunity to talk about your needs and to see if we are a good fit for each other.

Why Wabi Sabi?
Wabi Sabi represents the healthy acceptance of imperfection. We are all imperfect, whether we struggle with stress, sleep, illness, self acceptance, trauma, addictions, body image, fitness, and general well being. This is part of our human experience. We can work with you so that you can become the healthiest version of your self. We believe that yoga is for everybody, not just the young and fit. If you are overweight, stressed,  sick, traumatised, older, or just a worn out version of the real you, then yoga may be the perfect way back to health. If you have never done yoga before it doesn't matter. We will work with you and your needs.

Yoga is a method that allows us to create greater health, and self acceptance. It is not just a physical asana practice. A yogic way of life includes meditation, sleep training, healthy breathing, mindfulness, connection with ourselves and others, and nourishing the body and mind. We offer a well rounded set of practices to our clients, including a hypnotherapy clinic where hypnotic relaxation or regression, for working on specific physical, mental, health or life goals, is available.
