Welcome to Yoga Wabi Sabi. We are a family of registered yoga teachers based in Auckland, New Zealand. We offer yoga, relaxation, meditation and sleep classes, as well as events and workshops for wellness in New Zealand and Australia.
Why Wabi Sabi? Wabi Sabi represents the healthy acceptance of imperfection. We are all imperfect, whether we struggle with stress, sleep, illness, self acceptance, trauma, addictions, body image, fitness, and general well being. This is part of our human experience. Imperfection is perfect, and you are enough, but through yoga you can work towards becoming the healthiest version of your self.
Yoga is a method that allows us to create greater health, and self acceptance. It is not just a physical asana practice. A yogic way of life includes meditation, sleep training, healthy breathing, mindfulness, connection with ourselves and others, and nourishing the body and mind. We offer a rounded set of practices to our clients, including a hypnotherapy clinic where hypnotic relaxation, or working on specific physical, mental, health or life goals, may be the most appropriate way to progress.
